We are seeking a YouTube and TikTok Expert to repurpose existing videos into YouTube Shorts and TikTok content, with a primary focus on growing subscribers.
**Responsibilities:**
– Download existing videos from our YouTube channel and other sources as needed.
– Edit videos into compelling YouTube Shorts and TikTok videos optimized for each platform’s format and audience.
– Create captivating titles, descriptions, and tags for each video to improve visibility and SEO.
– Schedule and post at least one YouTube Short and one TikTok video per day to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
– Utilize SEO strategies, tags, and keywords to enhance video discoverability and attract a wider audience.
– Monitor video performance metrics and audience engagement to optimize content strategies.
– Collaborate closely with our content team to align video content with overall marketing objectives.
– Implement monetization strategies and initiatives to increase revenue from YouTube and TikTok channels.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in video editing, with a focus on YouTube and TikTok content creation.
– Strong understanding of YouTube and TikTok platforms, including SEO, tags, and algorithm dynamics.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
– Ability to create engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with target audiences.
– Familiarity with analytics tools to track and interpret video performance metrics.
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
– Knowledge of current trends and best practices in YouTube Shorts and TikTok content creation.
– Understanding of monetization strategies and tactics to maximize revenue from YouTube and TikTok channels.
