Youtube and Tiktok Short Video Editor

We produce long-form content videos ranging from 5-10 minutes in length and are seeking a self-motivated designer to curate and create short-form content from these videos. The primary responsibility of this role is to review our long-form videos, identify suitable segments for short-form content, and make notes accordingly. Additionally, you may be tasked with editing content from self-recorded footage.

Responsibilities:

– Watch and analyse long-form videos to identify relevant and engaging segments suitable for short-form content.
– Create notes and timestamps for the selected segments to facilitate easy access for content creation.
– Collaborate with the content team to understand the target audience and content requirements.
– Edit and assemble short-form content from existing videos or recorded footage, ensuring a high level of quality and engagement.
– Meet daily production targets by delivering 5 shorts per day.
– Maintain a high level of creativity in content selection and editing.
Requirements:

– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying engaging video segments.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet daily production targets.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with the content team.
– A deep understanding of video content trends and the ability to adapt to changing content preferences.

Working Hours and Compensation:

– This is a full-time position, with a commitment of 5 days per week.
– Compensation for this role is $25 per day, with an expectation of producing 5 shorts per day.
– Monthly earnings amount to $500 for 4 weeks of work.
