Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated YouTube Automation Account Manager to join our team. As a YouTube Automation Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing YouTube automation processes to enhance the performance and growth of our YouTube channels. Your primary goal will be to maximize channel efficiency and revenue generation while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Channel Optimization: Implement and manage automated systems and tools to optimize YouTube channels, including video uploading, metadata optimization, keyword research, thumbnail generation, and content scheduling.
Content Analysis: Monitor and analyze YouTube channel metrics, engagement rates, and viewer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase channel growth and revenue.
Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the monetization team to implement and optimize strategies for ad placement, sponsorship opportunities, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
Compliance and Policies: Stay updated on YouTube’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure full compliance and mitigate any risks associated with automation processes.
Quality Control: Regularly review automated content for quality assurance, ensuring accurate metadata, appropriate keywords, and compliance with copyright regulations and community guidelines.
Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on channel performance, key metrics, and revenue generation to provide insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators, designers, editors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of automation processes and maintain effective communication channels.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in managing YouTube channels or working in a similar role focused on automation and optimization is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in YouTube’s Creator Studio, content management systems, and third-party automation tools is necessary. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and data analysis is a plus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail is crucial to maintaining channel quality, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze channel metrics, identify patterns, and implement data-driven strategies for channel growth and revenue optimization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and able to quickly adapt to changes in YouTube policies or platform updates.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues related to automation processes and find efficient solutions.
Hourly Rate: $2 per hour
