**Job Description:**

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for:

– **Editing and Producing**: Both short-form and long-form videos that captivate and engage viewers.
– **YouTube Automation**: Utilizing AI tools and software to streamline video creation and optimization processes.
– **Thumbnail Creation**: Designing eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks and views.
– **Content Strategy**: Collaborating with the content team to develop strategies for creating viral YouTube videos.
– **Trends Analysis**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in YouTube content creation.
– **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring all videos meet our quality standards and are optimized for YouTube’s algorithm.
– **Feedback Implementation**: Incorporating feedback from the creative team to refine and enhance video content.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Edit Videos**:
– Transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos.
– Ensure smooth transitions, sound synchronization, and optimal pacing.

2. **Use AI Tools**:
– Leverage AI-driven software for video editing, enhancement, and automation.
– Implement AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content quality.

3. **Create Thumbnails**:
– Design visually appealing and clickable thumbnails.
– Use graphic design tools and techniques to create standout visuals.

4. **Produce Viral Content**:
– Develop content that resonates with audiences and has high viral potential.
– Analyze performance data to understand what works and iterate on future content.

5. **Manage Multiple Projects**:
– Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
– Maintain organized project files and assets.

**Qualifications:**

– **Experience**:
– Proven experience in video editing, specifically for YouTube.
– Demonstrable expertise in using AI tools for video editing and automation.
– Experience creating both short-form and long-form content.
– **Technical Skills**:
– Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
– Strong graphic design skills for creating thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
– Familiarity with AI tools like Descript, Pictory, or similar.
– **Creative Skills**:
– Ability to craft engaging stories and narratives through video.
– Strong sense of what makes content viral and engaging.
– **Analytical Skills**:
– Ability to analyze video performance data and apply insights to improve future content.
– **Communication**:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
