YouTube Channel Manager

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to oversee and grow a range of channels across various niches. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our YouTube channels, including video publishing, performance analysis, collaboration outreach, influencer engagement, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the publishing of video content across various YouTube channels, ensuring timely and accurate publication.
Analyze channel and video performance statistics, using insights to optimize content and increase viewer engagement and watch time.
Research and pursue collaboration opportunities with other YouTube channels and influencers across social media platforms to increase visibility and subscriber growth.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with our in-house team, including the Director, video editors, voiceover artists, scriptwriters, and thumbnail specialists to ensure smooth operation and successful content production.
Develop and maintain an understanding of current YouTube trends, audience behavior, and algorithmic preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple successful YouTube channels, ideally across various niches.
Deep understanding of YouTube platform, including content optimization, audience growth strategies, and performance analytics.
Proven track record of growing YouTube channels through collaborations and influencer engagement.
Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with experience in working collaboratively with a diverse creative team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey strategic plans and performance insights.
Familiarity with project management tools, ideally with experience in coordinating a remote team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker and problem solver, with the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data and emerging trends.
