Responsibilities:

1. YouTube SEO:
A. Implementing effective SEO strategies to improve video discoverability and ranking on YouTube.
B. Conducting keyword research to optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags.

2. Video Editing:
A. . Editing long-form videos for the channel to enhance visual appeal, ensuring a seamless and engaging viewer experience.
B. Creating eye-catching thumbnails to increase click-through rates.
C. Producing short-form content to leverage YouTube Shorts for audience engagement.

3. Video Optimization:
A. Analyzing video performance metrics and making data-driven decisions for improvement.
B. Implementing best practices for video optimization and audience retention.

4. Keyword Management:
A. Monitoring trending topics and incorporating relevant keywords into content.
B. Managing a comprehensive keyword strategy for increased visibility.

5. Video Promotion:

A. Developing and executing promotional strategies to boost video views and subscriber growth.
B. Collaborating with marketing teams to cross-promote content on various platforms.

6. Scriptwriting:
A. Crafting compelling and engaging scripts for YouTube videos.
B. Ensuring scripts align with the brand’s voice and resonate with the target audience.

7. Brand Design:
A. Designing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all visual elements.
B. Collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a YouTube Manager or Virtual Assistant in a similar role.
2. Proficient in fast video editing with a keen eye for design.
3. Exceptional copywriting skills for scripting, headlines, and video descriptions.
4. Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, keyword research, and analytics.
5. Ability to tell a compelling story through video content.
6. Experience in growing subscribers for YouTube channels.
7. Previous work with YouTube through an agency or company is preferred.
