I am seeking a skilled YouTube Channel Manager to help to manage my YouTube channels.

I’d like to work with you long-term potentially for years to come. For reference, I started working with my video editor channel in 2019 and we’re still collaborating on the regular videos every week.

I translate Learn To Make Honest Money Online into 4 languages and I have a dedicated channel for each: Spanish, Portuguese, French and Russian. For each of these channels, I have a professional translator/voiceover ensuring high-quality translations.

TASKS

Now, let’s dive into the tasks you’ll be involved in:

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are not obligated to know how to do everything from the start. We can begin with specific tasks and gradually expand your responsibilities.

Similarly, our initial work hours will be part-time, increasing as you grow more comfortable with the role.

1) Find Ideas for Upcoming Videos
– Topic ideas
– Title ideas
– Keyword ideas to target specific keywords on YouTube search

2) Topic Research and Scriptwriting
– Provide bullet points and ideas to talk about in videos
– No word-for-word scripts needed but optimally you’d be able to provide enough information so I’ll be able record the video based on your notes

3) Review Videos
– Provide valuable feedback to me and my video editors for consistent improvement

4) Optimizing Videos on YouTube
– Creating thumbnails
– Reviewing descriptions, tags, cards, end screens & titles
Note: The video editor of each channel does most of the optimization but your task is to review that it’s well done.

5) Analyze Results
– What works?
– What doesn’t work?
– Choose the best-performing videos to be translated for other channels
– Choose which videos would be worth re-publishing in the future

6) Repurposing Videos
– Re-publishing some old videos on YouTube
– Help with turning long-form content into Shorts

7) Communication/management with other team members

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

– Working with YouTube channels is essential
– If you have experience growing your own or other people’s channels, that would be awesome! Please showcase the channels you’ve worked on previously.
– Experience with Bitcoin or crypto is a plus
