About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented YouTube Channel Manager/Producer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of our Clients YouTube channel, from ideation and production to audience engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and target audience.
– Conduct keyword research and optimize videos for search.
– Script, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
– Manage the production process and overseeing editing.
– Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Implement strategies to grow our audience.
– Manage community engagement by responding to comments.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest YouTube trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience creating and managing a successful YouTube channel.
– Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices for SEO and audience growth.
– Excellent video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
– Experience with scripting, filming, and basic videography is a plus.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– A passion for video storytelling and creating engaging content.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Experience with YouTube
