The Role:
This full-time position requires a dedicated and strategic individual to manage, optimize, and expand our YouTube channel. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our channel’s visibility and engagement, establishing it as a primary resource for small businesses seeking effective marketing solutions. Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM US Mountain Time, accommodating our collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Produce compelling video content tailored to our target audience. Utilize for video editing, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand’s quality standards and voice.
Channel Growth: Develop and implement strategies to boost subscribers, viewership, and engagement, handling over 25+ hours of video content monthly.
Shorts Production: Generate captivating shorts from our video content to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
Platform Synergy: Apply your experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to cross-promote and engage with our community effectively.
Analytics & Optimization: Analyze performance data to refine strategies, optimize content, and meet or exceed growth objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrable experience in YouTube channel management and growth, with a preference for those familiar with the B2B sector.
Proficiency in video editing, particularly with , and a knack for producing visually appealing content.
In-depth knowledge of YouTube SEO, content optimization techniques, and social media marketing.
A creative, data-driven mindset, coupled with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing and small business success.
