YouTube Editor Part Time (Experience Required)

Starting goal salary = $150-$175/month 10hours/week

Breakdown:
Less than 5 minute final output: $10
5-10 minute final video output: $15-20
10-15 minute final video output: $20-30
15-20 minute final video output: $30-40
Thumbnails: $1/thumbnail
Note: If you have lots of experience (8+years) and are an expert video editor that has worked on major projects and have been paid MORE CONSISTENTLY in the past, this salary can be negotiated.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing and post-production for YouTube videos and a strong understanding of the YouTube platform and audience.

Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance footage to create engaging and compelling content for YouTube.
Edit videos for online courses.
Add animations and motion graphics to footage.
Add closed captions.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop video concepts.
Use software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects to edit footage.
Ensure all videos meet company brand and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date on current YouTube trends and best practices.
Manage video uploads and scheduling.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in video editing and post-production.
Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Ability to use after effects, create motion graphics, SFX, animations, etc.
Experience editing YouTube videos is a plus.
Fluent in the English language.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
A portfolio of relevant work.
