Looking for my next YOUTUBE/ SOCIAL MEDIA VA superstar to join my team!????

What I’m looking for???????????: I’m looking for someone who is a hard worker, an effective communicator, and is easily coachable to learn and implement the stuff that I show them in our business.

YOUTUBE: I’m looking to grow my YOUTUBE Channel and need someone who can help me grow my channel’s followers and views and can help me understand the Youtube algorithm and can help me with my SEO on there. They know the INS and OUTS of youtube and have already helped others to grow their channels.

I’m also looking for someone who can help me with youtube thumbnails, video editing and making some cool content to edit or give me some ideas to help my channel grow! Also looking to make a podcast and want to make long form content and also break those down into youtube shorts or reels.

SOCIAL MEDIA: I’m also looking to grow my instagram and need help with making some engaging reels or video editing and also social media posts like carousel posts, and is good with making the instagram posts look premium or professional to get clients.

I need someone who is creative and has experience with photoshop, canva, and a good creative eye to help me out! We will also take this work and recycle it on different platforms like linkedin and tik tok. But we want to focus right now on the big two for now: YOUTUBE AND IG.

I’m also looking for someone who can eventually be my social media manager and can help me automate social media so we can post more content and do it the most effective way.

The pay is going to be $2.80 dollars each hour and you will also get bonuses if you do well and start to bring in more views and followers and especially clients/ sales! Also if things start to go great, we can start to get a bigger raise. But right now I’m on a budget so I’m looking for someone who is committed to this and also wants to do a great job!

So I’m looking for someone who will be working hard each week mon-friday part time and sometimes on weekends. If you do a great job, we can do this for the long term!

What is my company?????????????: My business is in consulting and coaching in dating and relationships. I have a business where I help professionals & entrepreneurs in their love lives. I help them meet and attract their ideal partner and get into a meaningful long term relationship. I have helped many people find love in their life. I believe that we all deserve love in our life and during these times, it can be difficult to find the right person. This is where our company comes in and helps each one of our clients. We stand for meaningful relationships so I’m looking for someone who also sees the bigger vision than just working and stands for what we stand for and can join our team. Or I should say our family.

What I will not tolerate is????:
Someone who is lazy. Does not communicate back and forth, does not pay attention, is not coachable,not loyal and is a quitter. Is pretending to work but is not working at all! These things, I will not tolerate and don’t want anyone like this on our team so if this is you, please do not apply.
