Position: YouTube Channel Manager

We are seeking a talented and passionate YouTube Channel Manager to join our team. As a YouTube Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing our clients’ YouTube channels and ensuring that content is optimized for the platform.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and optimize clients’ YouTube channels, ensuring that all content is uploaded and published on schedule and in line with the client’s brand guidelines
– Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
– Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure that all content meets brand standards and aligns with the client’s overall marketing strategy
– Create compelling video thumbnails, graphics, and overlays that capture viewers’ attention and improve the overall user experience
– Manage and build relationships with clients, providing regular updates and progress reports
– Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as appropriate

Requirements:

– Proven experience managing YouTube channels, with a strong track record of driving growth and engagement
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
– A passion for YouTube and a deep understanding of its platform, features, and best practices.
