Hey Hey, I’m Soph- you can learn all about me at sophie kessner . com but the short story is, I’m both a business mentor and a trauma trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with a soft spot for making online business growth more sustainable.

I’m looking for my right hand (man/woman/person) to help take over my YouTube Channel as the all-in-one YouTube Manager to help me create epic content, edit the content, publish the content, and grow the channel with incredible subscribers.

Here’s what my Ideal Candidate would be ready and excited to do:

1. Research on topics, keywords, and video ideas for me to create
2. Presenting an outline of 4-8 videos with bullet point scripts for me to record on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)
3. Editing, optimizing, and publishing the YT video in addition to creating the thumbnails and optimizing keywords, meta data and tags for long term SEO Growth
4. Provide analytics on a monthly basis and an overview of what content is performing best, so we can continue to tweak and grow.
5. (Optional but would be a MAJOR Bonus) The ability to repurpose YT videos into Reels to be shared on IG/TT for continued traffic to be driven to the YT channel
6. (Also optional but a MAJOR bonus) The ability to create a keyword optimized blog on my website for the YT video using AI

I am a HUGE fan of slide decks and PDF presentations of your work, portfolios, client results and packages so pleaaassee include a link for me to peak- If you do not have this, it is less likely to receive a response.

My budget varies for the perfect candidate but I’m looking to stay within the $200-$500/month range for the production of at least 4 long form YT vids per month (1xweek)

KPI’s I’m looking for:

– Increase subscribers (let’s get to the 1k+!)
– Increased email subscribers
– increased watch time
– increased traffic to my website from YT
