OVERVIEW
I’m looking for someone who can write scripts for a YouTube channel in the technology niche. Each video will feature a collection of different tech gadget products, and viewers will be able to click on affiliate links in the video description. The goal is to write scripts for at least 3-5 videos per week, so I’m looking for someone who can work 8 hours per day.

Here’s what you’d be doing:
RESEARCH
For each video, you’ll find about 5-10 products from a variety of merchants, preferably those with whom I have an affiliate marketing partnership. You do not have to come up with the video titles or ideas, those will be given to you. You’ll just need to find products that fit with the video title.
SCRIPT WRITING
Each video will feature multiple products. For each video, you’ll write an engaging and high-quality script that gives viewers an overview of each of the products. You can find all the product details on the original product page itself, in the description, videos, and images of the product. Then take what you know about all the products for that video, and create a dynamic and engaging script. The goal is to keep viewers watching for the entire video, and to click on one or more of the affiliate links we’ll place in the description.
GENERATING CUSTOM AI VOICEOVER
You will paste your scripts into an AI voice generator. This is not a generic voice, but a high-quality clone of my own personal voice. You’ll listen through the whole thing to make sure it all sounds good, high-quality, and natural. Then you’ll generate the audio file, which our video editor will use as the narration for the video.
WHAT YOU WON’T BE DOING
You will *not* be responsible for:

– Voiceover
– Video editing
– Thumbnail creation

PASSIONATE ABOUT TECHNOLOGY
One of the most important things I’m looking for is someone who loves technology and gets really excited about cool gadgets! You should have a passion for (or at least an interest in) tech and gadgets.
CREATIVE
I need someone who is creative and thoughtful about the scripts. They should be able to write scripts that are interesting, engaging, witty, funny, and concise. Product descriptions aren’t the most exciting, but you should be able to make them more exciting with the scripts you write.
INDEPENDENT
I’m looking for someone who is able to work independently without a lot of direction from me. Of course, we will communicate regularly, and in the beginning I’ll be giving a lot of direction. But long-term, you’ll transition to taking initiative and work mostly on your own.
COLLABORATIVE
Even though you should be able to work independently, I don’t want you to feel isolated or alone, and I want us to be in regular communication with each other. There will be a few of us on our team, and I’d like us to bounce ideas off of each other, give each other input, support and encourage each other, and things like that. Being successful on YouTube requires us to keep tweaking our approach and adapting to the market, and we do that best together.
COMMITTED & RELIABLE
I need someone who I can depend on. You should be someone who is committed and reliable, so I know that even when we’re not talking, you’re hard at work so we can hit our goals. Ultimately, I want to know I can trust you.

Here’s what you’d get in return:
FLEXIBILITY
Make your own schedule! It will likely take 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, for a total of 40 hours per week. As long as you finish your work on time, produce high-quality scripts, and are responsive to communications with me, I don’t care what days or hours you work.
COMPENSATION
Starting pay for this position is $250 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future. The more profitable the channel becomes, the more likely your pay will increase.
BONUSES
If I’m grateful for all the hard work you’ve done, I believe I should do more than just say thank you. If you’re doing a great job, and the channel is profitable, I would love to reward you with periodic cash bonuses!
