Youtube Script Writer

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Script Writer to join our dynamic team at our expanding media company. As we venture into a diverse range of niches, creating multiple YouTube channels, we require an adaptable, creative, and captivating script writer who can enhance viewer engagement and drastically improve watch time across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Write engaging, hook-filled scripts that sustain viewer attention throughout the entire video, incorporating unexpected twists.
Collaborate with voiceover artists and video editors, providing direction to ensure the final product is consistent with the scripted vision.
Adapt writing style to various niches, demonstrating a deep understanding of different audiences and what drives their engagement.
Work within project guidelines and deadlines, coordinating with the rest of the team via Notion and ClickUp.
Continually refine scriptwriting approach based on viewer feedback and video performance analytics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in scriptwriting specifically for YouTube, with examples of scripts that have resulted in high viewer engagement and watch time.
Exceptional storytelling ability, with the capacity to write compelling hooks and plot twists.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience directing or working closely with voiceover artists and video editors.
Flexibility to adapt to writing for different niches, with the ability to quickly understand and engage a variety of audiences.
Familiarity with Notion and ClickUp, or the ability to quickly learn new project management tools.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written communication skills.
