Job Description

Write engaging video scripts for my YouTube channel, regarding the topic of making money online with a business model I created.
I am looking for 3-5 scripts per week, quantity depends on the length. Each script should be anywhere between 1500-3000 words, with attention grabbing introductions, and using open loops throughout to keep the viewer engaged.
Please read through the following to get a better idea of what my Youtube channel is about. In order to be considered for this position, please reply with a summary of what my channel is about, and what I am looking to have done, along with why you are the best candidate to work with, as well as any previous experience doing similar work.
My channel:
What is it about?
My channel is going to be about showcasing that the best online business to start is a Home Value Growth Agency (HVGA).
What is the purpose of the channel?
The purpose of the channel is to nurture the viewer to familiarize themselves with me, and the business model, to be able to buy my mentorship.
Who will be watching these videos?
People who are interested in my ads, and want to learn more.
People who are interested in getting mentored regarding making money online with HVGA.
People who are interested in making money online in general.
My business:
What is HVGA?
HVGA stands for Home Value Growth Agency. This is a term I created to rebrand, and introduce “drop-servicing” and “service arbitrage” as a new business model. Although this business model is common in service based businesses, I take this one step further to make this business completely online, where the owner can do all of the work remotely.
How does it work?
This business model work as the person creates an online presence regarding a home value solution/service, find someone in the local area to fulfill on these services, and once homeowners start requesting your services, you send this work to the person in the local area who will do the work, and you keep the profit in between.
For example, I can create an online presence for cleaning services in Miami Florida. I will also find a contractor in the area to complete these services when I get a customer, I call this person a “fulfillment operator” because they fulfill the work. Once I start to advertise my cleaning services and customers start to book my services (lets say they book a cleaning for $375), the fulfillment operator (contractor) will go and do the work and will only charge me ($175), and I as the business, keep the $200 profit in between.
Why would someone do it?
Someone would want to do this business model to be able to have financial freedom, time freedom, and location freedom. This business is conducted all through the computer, as well as allows the person to work as much or as little as they would like, as well as work from anywhere in the world. Someone may want to do this business as their full time income, or to pay off their debt, or to supplement their current income.
Someone who is interested in making additional income with an online business.
Someone who wants to quit their 9-5 and start their own online business.
Someone who doesn’t want to work for someone else and be their own boss.
What type of videos will I make?
I will be making videos that inform the viewer of the possibilities with this online business model, how it is better than other ways of earning an income online, why it will work for them, why its less competitive and has more potential of success compared to other popular online business methods, and creating other more broad videos to capture the attention of people who are generally interested in online business.
Things to include in the script/video:
Break limiting beliefs of the viewers.
Use analogies and storytelling.
Be able to use comparisons and outline why this business model is better than the other.
Integrate social proof.
Use Open Loops throughout the video:
Be able to construct a video script with several open loops to keep the audience engaged.
Emphasize the intro:
Place an emphasis on using open loops in the intro, as well as making the first 60 seconds as interesting as possible. An example of this can be seen on Iman Gadzhi videos where the first 30-60 seconds he doesn’t go right into the video, but has a bit of something to say to capture the attention of the viewer.
If you have read this far, in order to be considered for this position, in your response to me please include the number of hours you would be able to dedicate to this position on a weekly basis, as well as your proficiency in English language.
