YouTube Short Form Editor

Looking for EXCELLENT CONTENT CREATORS.

We are an agency that repurposes Long Form YouTube content into short clips onto multiple platforms. Primarily YouTube.

Currently seeking someone who is proficient in the entire process, starting from finding the content to repurpose, the edit, to then posting and SEO work included. But I will be happy if you can do 70-80% of the work.

—Scope of the work—

-For the first 2 weeks You will complete 10 editing projects (Each project = 5-10 Shorts of Edits Only)
-Work closely with my assistant when reviewing work and discussing strategy.
-You will take our videos that we recommend and find clips that can go viral.
-As we see your experience you will take over Medium Size projects of 30 or 60 shorts per month per client.
-You have to be able to find good topics and know what to take out of the short and what to keep in. We cannot teach you that.
-Uploading to YouTube, scheduling posting, finding proper hashtags, SEO work, Description…etc.
-Preferred experience 3 years in YouTube content creation/editing. ( Not a requirement but experience is huge plus.)

You will often edit something that’s going to a client before they even pay for our services. So ensuring that all edits are of top tier quality is non negotiable.

This could be the difference of you getting paid substantially more.
