We’re looking for a YouTube Specialist and social media manager who will own our YouTube channel’s strategy and individual videos’ strategy and growth to ensure they align with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
ABOUT YOU:
+ You live and breathe YouTube, knowing what it takes to build platform-specific content.
+ You have 2+ years as a YouTube Specialist or 5+ years in general social media experience
+ You can give a solid description of what metrics are most important and some of the benchmarks we need to hit to be successful
+ Creative eye for design and video content
+ Excellent time management and project management skills
+ You make data-driven decisions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, immediate strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube’s search engine
+ Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns
+ Research the best keywords, titles, and angles for each video
+ Outline the video structure, and write the script for the video to send for voiceover and edit
+ Work with our video editor to produce the final video and ensure quality assurance
+ Produce quality thumbnails, titles, and descriptions that drive engagement
+ Repurpose content on our other social media channels
+ Reporting to CEO key metrics and KPIs

+ You cannot display proof of growth on previous Youtube Channels you have helped to grow
