Youtube Thumbnail Designer

Hello, we are looking for an experienced youtube thumbnail designer both for long form and short form with our creative agency (Click to view) that has experience working with high level influencers/content creators and has an extensive background in creating high quality thumbnails and titles for the them that create curiosity.

You need to have experience with click through rate % and know how to increase it for YouTube creators by creating engaging and curiosity driven thumbnails.

Again you must be experienced. meaning you have worked with at least 2-3 content creators with at least 10k+ followers each on one platform or another. This is a high level position, do not apply if you are new to thumbnail creation or social media strategy.

You will receive a base pay of $500/month to start. Once we see your work ethic and ability to perform, we will increase your pay.

You need a high performing computer that can download, render, and keep up power wise. Do not apply for this position if you do not have at least 3 references of creators you’ve worked with that have 10k+ followers each.

This is not a rookie position, we do not have time to handhold and train you on the common sense fundamentals of thumbnail creation with Canva. You should be able to create Canva templates (if you don’t have them already) for all our clients so you are able to drop the client’s photo, change title, tweak a few things and be done in 10-15 minutes.

We expect strong communication, nothing but high quality deliverables, attention to detail, strong english, strong communication, and dependable to represent our company strongly.

This is a high level position, which means high level clients that expect professional high quality thumbnails that represent their content accordingly and create curiosity.

You need to be able to create thumbnails for our clients that spark curiosity and increase CTR for their content. If you can’t do that, you are not a good fit for this position.
