YouTube Thumbnail Designer and Shorts / Reels Editor

I am seeking a thumbnail designer and shorts / reels editor for my two YouTube channels. The work will primarily involve my travel channel to start. My second channel has been offline for a few months but I will begin once again creating content for that. I have a combined audience of close to 250,000 subscribers between the two.

Some details to know:

– I am in dire need of someone who can create EYE POPPING thumbnails that follow the current trend
– Heavy emphasis will be placed on short-form content (YouTube Shorts / TikTok / Facebook)
– You will take preexisting videos and create shorts from them
– Eventually I will want facebook videos created as well
– I am looking for a potential long term employee
– Opportunities for hours + pay increase

What I’m looking for:

– Prior experience editing videos and doing short form content
– An understanding of what “clickbait” means and it’s importance in increasing views
– Ability to keep up with the current trend in video editing and thumbnail design
– Experience using DALL·E 2, Stable Diffusion, or Mid Journey is a MAJOR plus
– Willingness to learn and increase skills
– Honest and OPEN communication is very important
– No “tampo” or disappearing (you are free to speak up)
