YouTube Thumbnail Designer Expert

Hi! We are looking for someone to create thumbnails for my YouTube videos. We have a channel with almost 50,000 subscribers and have average views of 350-450k views per month. Ideally someone with experience with creating high performing and high quality YouTube thumbnails. You must be able to source images yourself and design based off of reference thumbnails and a title or concept. Meaning you must be able to work with minimal direction, so you will have a lot of space to be creative and design what you think will work well. Lastly, efficiency and timeliness is important. We release a lot of videos and turnaround time and being able to meet the deadline is very important.

You will be paid $8.00 USD per thumbnail design and is negotiable based on level of skill and experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Concept new and original ideas
Generate high converting and eye catching thumbnails
Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail space
Collaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible. This includes idea generation, sharing assets and providing helpful feedback
