YouTube Thumbnail Designer / Graphic Designer

Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Our Agency, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our video podcast productions (YouTube Thumbnails) and podcast cover art. You will collaborate closely with our production team to create eye-catching visuals that grab the attention of our target audience and elevate our clients’ content to the next level.

Reports directly to: CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– YouTube Thumbnail Design
– Creating high-level YouTube Thumbnails for video podcasts that are optimized for clicks. These Thumbnails should effectively convey the essence of the episode and entice viewers to watch. You will be expected to make multiple thumbnails per week.
– Podcast Cover Art
– Creating custom podcast cover art that aligns with the branding and messaging of the podcast. The cover art should be captivating, professional, and reflective of the content of the podcast.
– Graphic Assets
– Producing various graphic assets such as promotional images, outro screens, and more that will be integrated into our production.
– Consistency
– Ensuring that all graphic elements remain consistent across multiple different podcast projects.
– Collaboration
– Collaborating with the content production team to understand project requirements, deliver creative solutions, and make revisions on the feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven work as a graphic designer, with a portfolio to share your work.
– Proficiency in graphic design software.
– Knowledge of current design trends, especially in the YouTube environment.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
– NOT LOOKING FOR AN AGENCY: Only looking for an individual freelancer that is looking for consistent work and is willing to work in a team environment.
