YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Great long term opportunity)

I need someone to help me free up time by making Youtube thumbnails

This is a stable job that allows for raises, more work, and more development opportunities. WE RECENTLY BROUGHT SOMEONE FROM PART TIME TO FULL TIME ROLE.

Once fully onboarded, you’ll be producing MULTIPLE thumbnails a week. We’re happy to give you more work if you capacity allows.

I need someone who can create thumbnails similar or even better than we edit who has Adobe Photoshop

We DO NOT accept mediocre designs. We need someone who knows how to thumbnail theory. Thumbnail design is more than just being good with photo editing.

Perks:
-Part Time, work any time during the day that you want, as long as you are meeting deadlines and meet the criteria of editing.
-I am very patient and understanding, if re edits need to be made I will treat you with respect and ask you to change it in a timely fashion.
-Time off if needed just let me know in advance.
-Bonuses periodically for big projects that I may find more important than others.

Pay:
– $8- $15 per thumbnail with potential for raise
-I will give additional bonuses if I feel you went above and beyond with the editing and it exceeds my expectations.

Requirements:
– Intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop
– Must be able to show previous work
– Be able to make similar thumbnail editing styles that we provide
– Can edit quality work on a pre-defined schedule
– Creative yet have high attention to details
– Very organized and quick at responding to messages
– You understand thumbnail theory (thumbnail theory is NOT just knowing how to use Photoshop)
– Fast internet speed and good computer to download
– Add “apple123” in your application so I know you read this
