Job Description

I’m looking for someone who understand the goal and is willing to adapt his skills to the said goal.

The goal, to increase the number of views to the YouTube channel by fixing Video Ideas and Titles.

What’s expected of you?

To know your stuff. I mean this in the most rewarding way. It means you have a voice and it matters to us.

I’m not looking for someone to blindly slap some words on a video and call it ” Managing a channel”

We want you to be able to give us the best feedback, even if it means that we are doing something WRONG!

We are looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of YouTube when it comes to SEO within the big picture.

So Titles, Thumbnails, Descriptions, Tags, #s, and anything I’m missing.

The video IDEA is the most important thing. If people don’t think it’s a good idea to watch… then it’s not a good idea for a video.

(If you can’t edit thumbnails, please keep reading, it’s ok….)

We work with clients that have YouTube channels and each person will need a different service. but the end goal is the same.

Currently we do strategy from creating & scripting, to repurposing short form content.

Our biggest seller right now is the repurposing of longform content into shorts and then also pushing that onto other platforms.

So you can expect to handle the uploading of many shorts to a single channel.

You can also expect to help create 10-20 YouTube Video Topics for our clients a month. maybe even 3 times as much if it’s short form content.

You May also be asked to provide feedback on someone’s thumbnails to help fix an issue.

For example a client was told to stop trying to create very distinct thumbnails and to make them all very similar and simple.

Ironic to what she has heard in the past, the channel started flying… So how much is that worth to the client?

TONS. But it would not have happened without someone having what it takes to 1) Think, 2) dare tell the client what they are has been wrong” implement risk without fear of failure

So is this for you?

BTW we are growing so there is actually room for growth.
