About the Role:
HEG is seeking a talented YouTube Video and Thumbnail Editor to join our team. We are a real estate-focused YouTube channel dedicated to providing our viewers with engaging and informative content in the realm of real estate. As we expand our presence on YouTube, we’re looking for an editor to help us create outstanding videos that showcase properties and share industry insights.
Job Description:
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in producing high-quality real estate content for our YouTube channel. You’ll work closely with our content creators to edit videos, create eye-catching thumbnails, and contribute to the overall success of our channel.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with content creators to edit and enhance real estate video content.
-Craft compelling thumbnails that attract viewers and encourage clicks.
-Contribute to the development of our channel’s visual identity.
-Implement animations, graphics, music, and effects into real estate videos.
-Keep up-to-date with YouTube’s best practices and algorithm.
-Contribute to the growth of our channel and the real estate community.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
-Basic graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
-A creative and detail-oriented mindset.
-A passion for real estate and a desire to help us create engaging property showcases and industry content.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills:
-Knowledge of YouTube analytics and SEO, particularly within the real estate niche.
-Previous experience in video editing, especially in the context of real estate.
-Familiarity with YouTube’s creator ecosystem.
-A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow with our channel and the real estate community.
