YouTube Video Editor

I am looking for a YouTube editor who can edit 10 videos for me for my YouTube channel. The 10 videos are part of a series of video that I am developing on New Zealand Rental Income Tax. Each final version of the video will be between approximately between 5 minutes to 10 minutes long. The initial recording will be longer which will need to be edited.

While this is a one-time project, but there is potential for regular work as I intend to grow my channel.

Please answer the following questions in your application:
1. Please share at least 3 specific YouTube link videos that you have worked on in the last 6 months.
2. Please explain your editing process from start to finish. Example, from starting How will the videos be transferred to you and till the time of final video and everything in between. The more detailed the process, the better. Please give me details as to first draft, rough cut plan, changes etc.
3. What is your timeline for turnaround time for editing? Please be realistic about it. I have had prior bad experience in terms of delivery timelines.
4. Please watch the last 3 videos on my YouTube channel. After watching them, please give me 5 specific points from my videos that you can improve upon if I hire you. Please give me specific examples, not general answers.
5. What software do you use for video editing?
6. Please tell me whether you an individual or whether you are an agency.

1. I use Dji mic for audio. What are the optimal settings to use?
2. For video recording, I have insta360 link camera but the video records in .avi format. So I am looking for advice on how best to tweak the settings.
3. Because my content is technical, my preference is that Descript is at least initially used because that helps me structure the script properly. I am happy to do a first cut of the draft myself, in terms of the script itself.
