Job Description:
As a YouTube Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will work closely with our content creators and marketing team to ensure each video is polished, professional, and ready for publication.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality YouTube videos.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance the visual appeal.
Add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to create a cohesive audio-visual experience.
Ensure all videos adhere to our brand guidelines and style.
Collaborate with the content team to understand project goals and deliver on time.
Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, including adding appropriate tags, titles, and descriptions.
Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that attract viewers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest editing techniques and trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Manage video files and maintain an organized digital library.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of YouTube content.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Familiarity with tools like Opus, CapCut, etc., is a plus.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and best practices.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a bonus.
Ability to create high-converting YouTube thumbnails.
