Who are we?

We are a medical group that also runs clinics and hospitals in Seoul, Korea for plastic surgery, skincare, dental, hair transplantation and laser eye correction. We deal with international patients from around the world who contact us in English and want to come to Korea to get medical treatments. Have worked with many influencers in the past and have over 500 Youtube videos on our channel. We have existing workers in the Philippines who work from home and are looking for more members to join! 1. Job Role:
We are searching for a YouTube Creator to generate viewer-friendly, accessible content for our area of work. The YouTube creator will receive unedited footage that we film in Korea and edit the content. Short and long form videos will be made and released. The Creator will follow and improve upon the guidelines given for descriptions, hashtags, titles etc. It is extremely important that the Creator is responsible and does not miss deadlines. You will work in cooperation with your team leader who works from our head office in Seoul. This position is not just about creating the video, it is about researching the correct titles and keywords, and making sure the video is as successful as possible. That is why it is a full time position. We will reward you more on top of your salary with incentives based on interaction rates (viewership time, subscribers, views, likes and comments).

2. Monthly Salary: 400 USD per month + incentive based on interaction rates
* Salary will be paid through PayPal on the 1st day of the next month following Korean payment schedules.

3. Location: You may work from home

4. You will be communicating with your direct supervisor and the Seoul office via the Telegram app.

YouTube Creator Requirements:
-Demonstrable experience as a creator, ideally on YouTube.
-Thoroughly knowledgeable about YouTube algorithms.
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Top-notch marketing and troubleshooting abilities.
-Transparent and reflexive approach to advertising.
-Thoughtful about your viewership.

YouTube Creator Responsibilities:
-Creating bite-sized, audience-appropriate videos with calculated intervals.
-Editing footage to attain consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos.
-Releasing and promoting your public videos.
-Informing subscribers of predictable delays in your uploads.
-Ability to encourage subscribers’ purchase of products and services in the videos.
-Publishing audience-appropiate content.
-Observing YouTube and sponsorship-related guidelines.
-Must be able to work under strict deadlines and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
