Job description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Video Editor to join our team in creating high-quality video content for our YouTube channel. In this role, you will be responsible for editing footage, creating visual effects, adding audio and ensuring that each video is polished and ready for publication.
Responsibilities:
Creating simple raw footage video content
Research and find raw footage
Edit and compile raw footage into compelling and engaging video content
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement creative concepts for videos
Ensure the quality and consistency of all video content, including color correction and audio mixing
Create visual effects, including graphics, animations, and special effects, to enhance the overall look and feel of videos
Ensure videos are optimized for online viewing and meet YouTube’s technical, quality standards and monetization standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the video editing process
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency with video editing software
Strong knowledge of video and audio editing techniques, color correction, and audio mixing
Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with the creative team and other stakeholders
Passion for video production and a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Beneficial requirements:
Fluent in English
Ability to do voice over
Scriptwriting skills
Knowledgeable of Youtube code of fair use
We offer:
Full Time Job
Salary: Between 150 – 250$ a month + bonus depending on channel performance
