YouTube Video Editor

I am looking for a full time Video Editors / Thumbnail Creators for my YouTube Channels, someone who is experienced in editing YouTube specific videos and YouTube thumbnails. These are faceless YouTube channels and easy to create / duplicate or mimic videos. This job starts as part time and will develop in full time work with increase in pay and a longterm position.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging videos that will increase watch time on my channels by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a stunning and eye catching YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on, also someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input.

I would like someone who can edit one or two quality video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8 hour shift or less.
You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Starting pay for this position is:
$150-$200 Per month.
