**Responsibilities:**
– Edit and enhance pre-recorded videos that are in 4k 24fps to create engaging and informative content.
– Collaborate with our team to develop video concepts and scripts.
– Create Awesome Thumbnails, music, and effects to enhance the overall viewer experience.
– Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube and other social media platforms.
– Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and video editing techniques.
**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
– Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for video storytelling.
– Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization is a plus.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Passion for real estate investment and a willingness to learn.

Payment per video depends on YouTube Video editing experience and Talent. We have a collection of videos pre recorded showing a “zombie house” and turning into a beautiful home, including scenes of demolition, working, and short interviews.

Looking for a YT editor where we can give the vision for the channel and give free reign to “create” from footage.
