Creative Input: We encourage you to infuse your creativity into our videos. Provide innovative ideas for video concepts, transitions, and special effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.

Content Optimization: It will be your duty to optimize videos to maximize viewer engagement. This includes adjusting video duration, adding subtitles for accessibility.

Consistency: Maintaining a consistent style, tone, and branding across all YouTube Shorts videos is crucial to our success.

Efficiency: We expect a minimum output of 1-2 YouTube Shorts videos per day from you. Meeting deadlines consistently is of the utmost importance.

Collaboration: Close collaboration with our content team is essential. You will work closely with them to understand our target audience and incorporate their feedback into video production.
