Currently, we have an expert media department that has been with us long term. We work with top talent, and we handle over 30+ real estate clients all over the United States.

SALARY:
We pay every week through Payoneer. In addition to the base weekly pay, we offer a quarterly bonus. If your KPIs are good, you can win prizes at the end of the year.
The salary stated in the application is only STARTING SALARY. There have been people that have doubled their salary since working with us. We reward loyalty and hard work. You have the potential to make as much as you want if you can provide great value. We usually hire somebody FAST within 2 – 4 days of the ad going up. YOUR JOB DUTIES:
You will be required to edit 3 – 5 videos every week, including thumbnails. You will be provided video templates to make things easier. You will need to cut both audio and video while adding b-roll content.
You must be proficient in Video Editing & Photoshop.
We have MASSIVE goals for our company and have been doing YouTube for many years, so if you have YouTube experience then please state that in the description. If you have experience doing YOUTUBE VIDEO EDITING, we will prioritize your application over every else’s.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LONG TERM (AT LEAST 1-5 YEARS ), So if you are looking for stability and a place where you can work and truly build a career, then this is the place for you. On top of editing videos/photos, we are very into self-development, so you will be required to read one book a month. We give a PDF of this book so you can read it along with the rest of the team.
Also, you will be required to attend 2-3 meetings a week via Zoom where you will also meet the rest of the team (who are also located in the Philippines).
We’re looking for somebody who is teachable and can work very fast, so if you are a quick learner and can perform the tasks that we ask, you will be compensated very well. What are you waiting for?
