We are looking for an extremely talented and creative YouTube video editor to join our young team.

Pivotal Conversations is a video first content marketing agency helping brands readily position for the collision occurring between content and commerce. We relentlessly focus on one thing: building branded assets that help generate attention, traffic and connect with more customers.

We are a fast-paced company experiencing exponential growth and is looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our expert team. The role is an ongoing role as an editor for our agency clients, with the opportunity to work with us long term.

We are looking for an extremely talented YouTube video editor who is an expert in editing videos for thought leaders and podcasters. We are looking for someone who knows how to structure videos that retains the audience, keeps them engaged and gives the videos the greatest chance at performing.

The Role:
– You will be editing a lot of YouTube videos for a range of different clients and sectors.
– Ensuring best practice on all videos is actioned including thumbnails, stories, community posts, playlists, monetisation of videos, ads, ways to leverage copy, end cards and pop-ups analytics and more.
– Managing the publishing calendar, ensuring all YouTube content is up-to-date and deadlines are met.
– Aligning clients desired objectives with YouTube strategies, to help them achieve results.
– Develop content leveraging the latest YouTube insights to ensure all content is attention grabbing and on trend for clients.
– Ensure compliance with brand guidelines including video creative and production standards.
– Remain informed of emerging industry trends and best practices; evaluate new design trends and to ensure our creative product remains cutting edge and innovative.
– Deliver on-trend design and ideas, be innovative and willing to push boundaries with designs.
