We are hiring a Virtual Assistant for our company’s video editing tasks for our YouTube Channel and Product Commercials. In addition, we would like this candidate to have photo editing skills and capabilities to build thumbnail images and product image editing.
You will be given access to Storyblocks to have high-quality music, sounds, stock footage, effects, and images as you see fit.
You will be given great creative freedom, autonomy, and responsibility to help create the right look and feel for a video.

The position will start part-time as needed but will eventually grow to full-time.
Please note: You will be required to complete a test task as part of this application; this task will match what you will be doing in this position. Also, if hired for this position, Hubstaff software will record work hours and computer activity and take random screenshots of your computer monitor while you are clocked in.
ABOUT YOU:
For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:
A relatively fast and reliable internet connection and computer system (All work requires a constant & fast internet connection)
Video Editing Software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or any other software that allows you to complete the task correctly)
You and your computer monitor must be able to see/show the full spectrum of colors accurately (No colorblindness)
Dependable & Trustworthy
Able to understand spoken & Communicate in written English
Have a “Get the Job Done” Attitude
ABOUT THE POSITION
Here is what you will be doing in this job:
Using video editing software to edit product video footage
Editing consists primarily of piecing together the footage in the best, most professional ways, brightening video, creating clean transitions, adding music, and cleaning up audio.
Work on an as-needed basis (you will receive sufficient advance notice)
Work 5-20 hours per week, on average, and this will likely increase over time
Flexible work schedule and Freedom to choose your own work times within a pre-set due date period
Most due dates will be 7 days in the future. So you will receive notice of a project and then have 7 days to complete the project at your leisure
Other job opportunities will eventually be available if you desire
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
