YouTube Video Producer Using AI and Thumbnail Designer

Your primary responsibilities will include creating 1) engaging thumbnails for YouTube, 2) producing videos from existing blog posts using Fliki.

Responsibilities:

1) YouTube Thumbnails Creation:
-Design eye-catching and clickable thumbnails for YouTube videos.
-Understand and apply best practices for thumbnail design to increase viewer engagement and click-through rates.

2) Video Production Using Fliki:
-Convert existing blog posts into 5-12 minute YouTube videos.
-Select appropriate stock videos and ensure they align with the content’s message. Fliki recommends videos and images, but sometimes they need to be replaced.
-Edit scripts to sound natural and engaging with an American accent. Fliki’s voiceovers will be used, but it pronounces words wrong often, or it doesn’t say some things in an American voice.

-The script for the video will not be verbatim what the blog post says. You will need to adapt the blog post to a video. Fliki and/or ChatGPT can help with this, but it isn’t natural yet. You will need to know how to make it flow naturally.

-Video production using Fliki is the most important responsibility of this role. I would like to have confidence that I do not need to suggest edits each time.

Requirements:

-Experience creating videos using AI, preferably from existing blog posts (as opposed to being given scripts)
-Strong portfolio showcasing your work in thumbnail creation and video production.
-Ability to produce content that meets very high-quality standards. I do not want to need to make a lot of (or any) recommendations. .
-Fluent in English. This is critical. You need to be able to listen to the draft that Fliki creates and then go in and change the script that Fliki created to make it sound more natural. Then listen to it again and adjust until it sounds like great.
