YouTube Video Researcher and Script Writer

We are looking for someone who has good research skills and script writing skills. Specifically, your full time job will entail:
1). Researching the video topics that have been chosen
2). Creating insightful and engaging YouTube script for selected topics
3). Compiling topics for future videos

The goal will be to have 10 – 30 minute videos published every day. Obviously, you will have time to acclimate and learn how to work with our team. But over time, you will expected to churn out YouTube scripts daily that will be used for filming.

Skills required are:
1). Great researcher who uses all the tools and resources available to find all the relevant information that’s needed to write a great YouTube script
2). Take all the research and convert into an engaging and informative YouTube video.

Expectations:

Week 1: Spend half of your time watching and taking notes on great YouTube videos to emulate. Spend the other half of your time applying the lessons you’re learning in improving your first video script

Week 2: Continue the same apporach, but complete 2 video scripts per week

Week 3: Same, but 3 video scripts per week

Week 4: Same but 4 video scripts per week

Week 5 and onwards: 5 video scripts per week

You Should Not Apply:
1). You’re not passionate about research and YouTube script writing
2). You don’t take 100% ownership of your work’s quality and outcome
3). You need someone to tell you how to do everything, and you do not take your own initiative
4). You do not know how to find tools and resources that can help you do the work better and faster
5). You’re just looking for a job

We are looking for someone who can learn and grow with us over the long term. So if you join, be ready to work VERY HARD, but know that you will be given a lot of responsibility and ownership for the work you deliver.

Also, we plan to be releasing at least 1 brand new YouTube video per day. So, your work will be going into production every day.
