I’m an LA-based YouTuber currently living in Warsaw, Poland, seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant to save time on routine activities, allowing me to focus on business growth and personal interests. This role will start with 5 hours per week, with potential to expand to 20 hours and eventually 40 hours per week based on performance and needs.
About the Role:
You’ll be instrumental in managing my schedule, organizing travel plans, conducting online research, and much more. Your goal will be to efficiently handle these tasks to free up my time.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize my calendar and schedule.
Assist with online shopping and research.
Plan and book flights, hotels, and complete travel itineraries.
Find and book suitable hotels.
Research and organize the best diet plan delivery services.
Plan and organize weekly parties and events.
Schedule and coordinate MMA training sessions.
Shop for and organize personal items and filming equipment.
Conduct research on other streamers to get trendy ideas and find interesting places to go for content creation.
Communicate and coordinate with my Personal Assistant in Warsaw for in-person tasks.
What Makes You a Fit:

Experience with online research and shopping.
Familiarity with travel planning and booking.
