Job Role:
We’re looking for a part-time Automation Specialist with deep expertise in:
• Zapier
• Google Sheets
• Excel
• Looker Studio
• Web Hooks and API’s
• Monday
• CRM management
• Calendly
Your role will be to streamline our operations and enhance our data management practices through the development, maintenance, and optimization of automated systems.
Job Type: 4hrs/day Part-Time with some flexibility if there are automatons that are broken
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee large-scale workflows in Zapier.
• Master Google Sheets and Excel for advanced data management.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Looker Studio.
• Automate data transfer using webhooks and APIs.
• Integrate and manage scheduling software like Calendly.
• Handle CRM data, from entry and migration to maintenance.
• Collaborate to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Identify and resolve system and data issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Has good English communication skills
• Expert in managing workflows in Zapier.
• Expert in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, APIs, and web hooks.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and data management.
• Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling software.
• Ability to solve problems independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
