ROLE
As a Zapier/ Automation specialist within our team, you are working with the COO and CEO. As a Zapier/ Automation specialist, you can quickly connect with the people in our team and you are prepared to take over the technical tasks from our COO. Our coaching business is growing fast. Therefore, it is important that our online programs and communication channels are connected and automated as much as possible. As a full-time Zapier/ Automation specialist, you are therefore not afraid of this challenge and you know exactly how to proceed on technical tasks. You are process minded and skilled in a technical way. From creating automations in zapier, to designing google sheets with useful formulas, to automating the social media workflow, nothing is too crazy for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Making sure all automations are set up properly
– Working together with our developer
– Taking care of daily (technical) tasks such as update systems and automations, inbox management, scheduling social media posts, creating contracts, checking payments
– Use your own creativity to find the best solution for automations
– Proactive and always looking for the new ways to improve and automate the business
– Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
– Responding promptly to the COO wants and needs
– Communicating quickly and effective through our communication channel
– Perform any task assigned by our COO

REQUIREMENTS
– You are experienced with systems, processes and automations
– You are a team player
– You speak and write English fluently
– You value delivery on time and you are a disciplined worker
– You value transparency and are open in your communication
Competences
– Experienced in using Zapier to create automations
– Being able to connect systems such as Slack, Stripe, Calendly, and Google with Zapier
– Creative and innovative on a technical level
– High knowledge of how to automate a business in the best way
– Knowledge of social media management on IG, FB, and YT
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Highly committed professional and extremely loyal to the business
