Are you passionate about eco-living, retreat experiences, and community development? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Zen Village Promotion and Coordination Manager to spearhead the promotion and optimization of our Zen Village. Nestled in the serene mountains of Chirripo along the Chucuyo River, Zen Village offers a unique blend of riverside development and hillside cabins, perfect for meditation retreats and eco-living enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract month-to-month renters and daily/weekly visitors interested in themed retreats such as meditation, eco-living, and communal activities.
• Coordination with Local Teams: Work closely with local teams to arrange professional photoshoots and gather marketing materials. Provide suggestions to enhance the marketability of Zen Village.
• Listing and Directory Management: List Zen Village on various retreat directories and other relevant platforms to ensure maximum visibility and steady bookings.
• Package Deal Development: Create attractive package deals, including transportation options with our partner private pilot for flights from San Jose to San Isidro, 20 minutes from Zen Village.
• Visitor Experience Enhancement: Ensure that amenities such as edible gardens, communal spaces, fireplaces, saunas, and hot tubs are optimized for guest satisfaction and marketability.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retreat and eco-living sectors, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among renters and retreat participants, promoting Zen Village as a peaceful escape for meditation and eco-living.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, promotion, or community management, preferably in the hospitality or retreat sector.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work with local teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
• Creativity and innovation in developing promotional strategies and enhancing guest experiences.
• Knowledge of eco-living, meditation retreats, and community-driven initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive in driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or wellness industry.
• Familiarity with the Chirripo region and eco-tourism.
• Previous success in filling rental properties or retreat centers.
