Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Expert to assist us with various projects related to Zoho automation/integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the capabilities of Zoho automation/integration and will be able to demonstrate their expertise through sample automation/integration projects.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Develop and implement Zoho automation/integration solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
– Customize and configure Zoho applications according to project specifications.
– Provide guidance and support to team members on utilizing Zoho automation/integration tools effectively.
– Test and troubleshoot automation/integration workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
– Document automation/integration processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Zoho Expert with a strong understanding of Zoho applications and their capabilities.
– Demonstrated expertise in developing complex automation/integration workflows using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, or other Zoho products.
– Ability to conceptualize and design automation/integration solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
– Experience with other CRM and project management tools is a plus.
