Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho CRM Expert to join our team on a project or permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho applications and especially AUTOMATIONS, and will demonstrate their proficiency through previous projects and QUALIFICATIONS and CERTIFICATIONS with zoho. This role involves developing and implementing Zoho automation and integration solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and implement Zoho automation and integration solutions to optimize business processes with regards to our sales funnels and flows.
Customize and configure Zoho applications according to specific project needs.
Provide expert guidance and support to team members on using Zoho automation and integration tools effectively.
Test and troubleshoot automation and integration workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Document automation and integration processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Zoho Expert with a deep understanding of Zoho applications and their capabilities.
Expertise in developing complex automation and integration workflows using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other Zoho products.
Ability to conceptualize and design automation and integration solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Experience with other CRM and project management tools is a plus.
