Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to enhance and optimize our current CRM system. As a specialist, you will be responsible for configuring Zoho CRM and other Zoho Apps to improve our lead generation, workflow automation, invoice generation, payment system configuration, and overall efficiency. Your expertise will help us maintain and update existing processes and leverage Zoho tools to streamline our operations.

Responsibilities:

– Configure Zoho CRM and other Zoho Apps to meet specific business requirements, including lead generation, workflow automation, invoice generation, payment system configuration, field dependencies, and more.
– Implement and maintain automatic invoice generation and payment system using Zoho Books.
– Configure and automate the “Cases” module and Customer Portal in the CRM.
– Create and configure reports, dashboards, and a KPI system within Zoho CRM to track performance and provide valuable insights.
– Integrate Zoho Sign to capture client-signed documents and display them in the CRM.
– Configure Zoho Estimate to enable clients to select services, generate invoices based on the chosen service, and automate the invoicing process.
– Establish a credit card authorization system for clients to authorize charges and develop follow-up systems to ensure timely payments.
– Provide technical support, training, and guidance to team members to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
– Work closely with the team to understand and assess our current CRM system, identifying areas for improvement and customization.
– Fix CRM issues in a timely manner, ensuring smooth operation of the system.
– Maintain existing processes and provide ongoing support to the team as needed.
– Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to the CRM system based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
– Clearly communicate ideas, solutions, and proposals to the management team, demonstrating the value and impact of proposed changes to the CRM system.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Zoho CRM specialist with expertise in Zoho CRM and other Zoho Apps.
– Strong understanding of workflow automation, API, IMAP, invoice generation, payment systems configuration, and field dependencies.
– Proficiency in configuring Zoho Books and QuickBooks integration.
– Experience in creating customer portals.
– Ability to create and configure reports, dashboards, and KPI systems within Zoho CRM.
– Familiarity with Zoho Estimate and integrating it with the invoicing process.
– Experience establishing credit card authorization systems and implementing follow-up systems.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize and streamline CRM processes.
– Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Application Task:

To assess your competency and creativity, please complete the following tasks:

1. Configure CRM field dependencies. Set up a workflow where if an employee changes the status to “Application Approved,” the current date should automatically be added to another field within the CRM to help us understand when the application was approved.

2. Demonstrate how you would capture a signed document in Zoho Sign and attach it to the contact’s profile in CRM.

3. Show how the attached document will update the status of the client within the CRM.
