Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Zoho applications to streamline our business processes and enhance productivity. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and implement Zoho applications, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design optimal Zoho solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
Customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting language to automate processes and workflows.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, functionalities, and best practices to continuously improve our Zoho ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to drive Zoho initiatives and maximize business value.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Zoho projects.
Proficiency in Zoho development tools and platforms, including Deluge scripting language, Zoho APIs, and Zoho CLI.
Hands-on experience with customizing and configuring Zoho CRM modules, forms, workflows, and reports.
Solid understanding of relational databases and data integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with other CRM platforms and cloud-based technologies is a plus.
