We are seeking a talented and experienced Zoho Developer to join our team. As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Zoho applications to meet our business needs. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize our use of Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Zoho Application Development: Develop and maintain custom solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho products to enhance business processes.
Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and platforms as needed for seamless data flow and automation.
Customization: Customize Zoho applications to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom modules, workflows, and scripts.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within Zoho applications. Create data migration plans when necessary.
Automation: Implement automation workflows, scripting, and triggers to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize Zoho applications.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors in Zoho applications.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of Zoho configurations, customizations, and processes.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho updates, features, and best practices to continuously optimize our Zoho applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho products.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Deluge (Zoho’s scripting language).
Experience with API integration and web services.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Creator Certified Developer, Zoho CRM Certified Developer).
Experience with other CRM and ERP systems.
