Zoho Developer

We currently use multiple applications from the Zoho One suite of products, and are requiring a skilled Zoho Developer, for multiple projects utilising different applications within Zoho, and integrating them with various third party API.

Projects include:

1. Ordering & Onboarding System – through Zoho CRM

2. service management system
– It will need to integrate with 4 telecommunications carrier APIs for multiple service types
– it will need to access inventory

3. SIM management
– Similar to service management above, and potentially a component of Service Management System
– Connects to 2 carriers via API

4. Desk Help Centre – potentially with multiple brands
– We have previously tried adding Zoho Desk KB to our wordpress customer portal through API but we are not happy with the appearance or functionality and so wish to move back to the Zoho Help Centre
– We provide services for multiple brands, and part of the issue with the Help Centre was that each help centre needs its own department – we have 5 departments for tickets and don’t need more
– Most content is already available

5. Setup Tool / Call Flow Tool
– Project needs to be a drag and drop style that can be used on a touch screen whiteboard or on a computer.

6. Call Recording Storage and Access
This project requires the downloading of call recordings from specific customer PBX systems via API downloading the recording and storing it into a customer folder on Zoho WorkDrive. This then needs to be searchable for the customer in our customer portal by specific filters/search requirements.

7. Zoho Mail, Shared Mail box and bulk emails

We are open to the role being full time part time (at least 20 hours per week) or contract on a project by project basis.
