About Us:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Zoho Developer and Automation Expert with Data Analyst SQL Experience. This role is pivotal in optimising our Zoho applications, automating business processes, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zoho Development and Customization:
Customise and configure Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and APIs.

2. Automation:
Design and implement automation workflows using Zoho Flow and other automation tools.
Streamline business processes through effective automation strategies.
Continuously monitor and improve existing automation solutions.

3. Data Analysis:
Connect other platforms into Zoho Analytics to extract meaningful insights and trends from various data sources.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.

4. Project Management:
Manage Zoho implementation and customisation projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.
Ensure documentation and training materials are up-to-date and comprehensive.

5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to users of Zoho applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
Ensure the security and integrity of data within Zoho applications.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Train and support users on Zoho applications and automation workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Inventory, SalesIQ, Analytics etc.) and Deluge scripting.
Strong automation skills using Zoho Flow and other relevant tools.
Excellent SQL skills with experience in data analysis and reporting and database creation.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
