Job Description:

We are looking for a Zoho Digital Marketing Expert who is proficient in Zoho Marketing, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing email and SMS marketing journeys, contributing significantly to our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective email and SMS marketing campaigns using Zoho platforms.
Manage and optimize customer relationship management through Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and innovative marketing strategies.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and updates, integrating them into our marketing efforts.
Work with other digital marketing tools and platforms, such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and CRO tools.
Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Zoho products.
In-depth knowledge of Zoho Marketing, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho CRM.
Experience with other digital marketing tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, CRO, etc.) is highly beneficial.
Ability to develop and execute a complete digital marketing strategy.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
