Job Description: Zoho Expert (CRM and System Integration Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Expert to join our organization. As a Zoho Expert, you will play a crucial role in our company’s migration process from HubSpot CRM to Zoho CRM. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating Zoho Inventory with our WordPress/WooCommerce website, syncing data between Zoho modules and WooCommerce, and eventually transitioning from QuickBooks to Zoho Books. Your expertise in Zoho, CRM migration, system integration, and data synchronization will be essential in streamlining our business operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the migration process from HubSpot CRM to Zoho CRM, ensuring a smooth transition of data and configurations.
Analyze existing CRM data structures and workflows in HubSpot CRM, and design and implement corresponding structures and workflows in Zoho CRM.
Configure and customize Zoho CRM to align with our business processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, and customer support.
Integrate Zoho Inventory with our WordPress/WooCommerce website to sync data such as product details, inventory levels, and orders between Zoho Inventory and WooCommerce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement integrations between Zoho modules (CRM, Inventory) and other systems.
Coordinate the migration of our financial processes from QuickBooks to Zoho Books, ensuring data accuracy and proper setup of accounting modules.
Train and provide guidance to team members on using Zoho applications effectively, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or technical challenges related to Zoho applications, system integrations, and data synchronization.
Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, updates, and integrations, and explore opportunities to leverage them for our organization’s benefit.
Monitor and analyze data synchronization processes and system performance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Zoho Expert or similar role, with expertise in CRM migration, system integration, and data synchronization.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and related Zoho applications.
Experience with CRM migrations, particularly from HubSpot CRM to Zoho CRM.
Proficiency in integrating Zoho applications with WordPress/WooCommerce and other third-party systems.
Familiarity with WooCommerce and WordPress development.
Understanding of financial processes and experience with transitioning from QuickBooks to Zoho Books is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and train users on Zoho applications.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and ensure data accuracy.
Zoho certifications or relevant certifications in CRM, system integration, or related fields are desirable.
